Are Reservations Required?
Reservations are not required, but highly recommended. Walk in's are always welcome but our Batting Cages and Simulator bays fill up fast!
When booking your reservations online, you are able to view all the time blocks available and you can book weeks in advance.
What is the maximum group size?
Groups have a maximum of 4 players*.
*Extra players may access an excess player fee of $60 per hour or the reservation may be canceled without refund.
Do I need my own Bat and Helmet?
We have a limited selection of demo bats and helmets available upon request. No additional charge.
Are there age requirements?
The minimum age to use the batting cages with pitching machine is 6 years old. The machines pitch speed will get down to around 35mph.
We do have tees and L-screens if you want to soft toss to your kiddo under the age of 6.

What Is the maximum group size?

How long should I book my tee time for?
Length of time will vary but our general recommendations are booking a simulator bay for 1+ hour for every person playing.
Examples:
- If you are booking your reservation for 2 players, you would book for 2 hours.
- If you are booking your reservation for 4 players, you would book for 4 hours.
IMPORTANT: These recommendations are approximate. It is your responsibility to manage your pace of play.
What happens if we run out of time before we can finish our round?
If time runs out and no one has your simulator bay reserved after you, you are welcome to stay and extend your tee time!
However, if there is another reservation booked right after you, you will be required to end your play on time.
Can I bring my own clubs?
Most definitely. In fact, we recommend and encourage you to bring your own clubs! We do have rental clubs available upon request.
Club Rental fee is $15 per session. Club set is available for all players during reservation.
- NO WEDGES ABOVE 54 degrees (Pitching/ Approach Wedge are approved for use).
- Wedges above 54 degrees is forbidden as it can damage the simulator. Any users caught using wedges above 54 degrees may be banned and charged for any damages.
Are Golf Balls provided?
We will supply clean golf balls approved for use. Please leave any golf balls brought into the facility in your bag(s). Players are not allowed to use their own golf balls.
Player Golf Balls may be marred, dirty, or have markings that will permentaly transfer or damage the golf screen.
Are Minors Allowed?
Yes! Minors are welcome. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult in order to play on one of our simulators.
Are outside food and drinks allowed?

However there may be a cleaning fee for any spilled food and drinks that leave stains and or damages. the credit card on file will be charge a fee of $150.
